The Sagittaron Ethnic Cleansing Program was the ultimate nazi breakout of the good Michael Robert. He thought, killing religious people would ease the survival of humanity, and thought, that the medicine he saved by not healing the bastards, would have really good price on the Black Market, so the way to hotter (and less cheap) 'ho-s would be a lot easier for him.
His plan for more weird stuff was discovered by Helo and was ultimately foiled. He ended up getting all the weird stuff he could stand in prison as "Big Man Beatty"'s man bitch. Not exactly what he had hoped for.
