Of course, the more educated SF fan has since long discovered that Battlestar Galactica is, in fact, the show about a Woman and her Legs, and indeed they are quite spectacular. Admired by admirals, captains and terrorists alike, Roslin's legs have saved many a day and prevented many a battle. One of their more notorious appearances was the so-called "ZOMG RED NAIL POLISH!!!" flashback set on Caprica, during Epiphanies, also known as "That Episode Where Laura's Quite Superhumanly Pretty Despite Dying Of Cancer"; however, they make good scenes even better on a regular basis. Persistent staring at them may, however, provoke the wrath of the admiral and, possibly, even the feared Adama Glare.

• The lack of display of the Legs is, in fact, generally known as the only bad thing about both the divine Frumpy Sweater and the New Caprica Prison Jumpsuit.
