Religious Cylons

They are Cylons who believe in some kind of God, who is almighty. One of them even wanted to convince the atheist traitor to share her beliefs, but she failed. After the Great Toasting of the Colonies Baltar had that religious Cylon inside his brain, and he managed to build a sex cult based on these ideas.
The religious Cylons are Number Eight, Number Six, Number Three, and so on.
Note that Brother Cavil is not religious, he is a really cool atheist priest, teaching good things to another Cylon. He is a Badass kind of Cylon.
They are the ones, who actually started The Cylon Civil War.
