NCP is an acronym for Nu Craprican Pigs.
Foundation
NCP was founded by the leader of the Twelve Colonies, in the name of the Cylons. This force namely was to "defend the innocent" and beat the crap out for those who use violence against the mighty Cylon occupiers.
The Sins of the NCP
They were nothing but humans doing the dirty job instead of the bullet-heads. They shot everyone, the Cylons wanted, they arrested even the innocent Cally.
After the second exodus
They have been thrown out the airlocks.
