Lunch[1] is Bono Napkin's cat in the knapsack.
Realistically speaking, he should have been eaten during the whole starvation thing through the Fleet prior to finding some nice, tasty algae. Yum-yum.
On the down side he did manage to save the lives of Bono and his whiney bodyguard by making a bid for freedom at the exact wrong time and making the Chief look like a complete idiot and unfortunately discovering a bomb. Damn.
Which just goes to prove that cats do have nine lives... of course, just how many lives does Lunch has left?[1]
