Gina was a Cylon who unfortunately got shagged on Helena Cain, psycho bitch. The two were lovers (no one knows who was in charge, nor wants to know, with the exception of slash-writers) before the Beast was sent running. Cain then turned evil and made Gina the ship's official plaything. After a long time, she was kind of rescued by Gaius Baltar, who would later give her a nuclear warhead to prove his love to her. Eventually, the two would have sex and Gina, who was overwhelmed with shame, used the nuke to blow herself up. And a whole lot of other people.
