Caprica-Six is a bit of a frakked up toaster.

Originally hailed as a hero of the Cylons for her booby-trapping of the Command Navigation Program, with a bit of a penchant for baby-killing, Caprica-Six later does an amazing 180-degree turn towards the Light. Maybe it's the virtual Baltar she has in her head.

Spouting the nonsense of the one true Toaster Caprica Six appears to have a glitch in her oh-so-other-wise perfect programming. There is no room for guilt amongst the perfect (just ask Tory).

I doubt that a bit of protectiveness over the amazing Human-Cylon hybrid should be enough to wash her hands of the blood of BILLIONS.
