Battlestar Galactica the Game
From Wiki Frakr
Battlestar Galactica, the game, was a game (duh) for PS2 and XBAWX in 2003. It was a mix of the old school Battlestar Ponderosa and the hardcore reimagining miniseries of the show. It starred young William Adama as a kickass fighter pilot on the battlestar Craplactica fighting chrome toasters lead by some guy who looks like an alien... or he was an alien. Nobody ever explained what the hell was going on for most of the game besides some guy got kidnapped (OMG! SPOILERZ!!!!1).
The game has the unfortunate player eventually get cooler Vipers, a bomber, and flying pancakes. This would be awesome, except for the fact that the Vipers don't look anything like the ones in cutscenes, the Raider has to be flown in a formation for ten minutes with no autopilot, you can't get the bomber because you can't fly a Raider in a formation, and the save system sucks, making the game suck.
That and the fact that the game's backstory makes no sense, there are aliens in it, nobody uses bullets in space (because lazerz are kewl) and supposedly Craplactica got turned into the kickass battlestar Galactica (which is like saying space Moses was as cool as William Adama), meaning that everything you did in the game had absolutely no impact on the show. Plus the game really wasn't fun anyway.
Also, Adama didn't get to beat the crap out of a toaster after a midair gunfight, therefore making Adama less badass than he really was.
