Baltar's nuke

Baltar's nuke is given to Gaius "The Fraktard" Baltar by Commadner Bill Adama at the behest of a nettlesome Virtual Six, so that Fraktardo can build his Blinky Machine.
However, the nuke is more or less a MacGuffin that does nothing until Baltar turns the thing into a "Chekhov's Gun" by giving it to Gina, who later detonates it after experiencing das schlong.
Apparently, Fraktard didn't think about chocolates, Victoria Secret lingerie, or even roses. Thus proving that he is completely retarded when it comes to dealing with women. Even Billy did better when he was alive!
